Medical Advancement Center of Arizona (MACOA Health) is a dedicated Clinical Research facility established in 2020 by highly motivated philanthropists who believe in the future of evidence-based medicine. We are a patient-centric facility that educates on and executes alternative treatment options for individuals with mis-managed diseases in our community.
