MS, Co-Founder and PresidentDavid focuses his time finding win-win situations. Namely market-based solutions to create value to the underserved. Naturally, this cooperative tendency has driven him towards the pharma/biotech clinical trial space where he directs the organization to cooperative arrangements with the urban and rural underserved communities. Prior to his work at LC, David spent his time managing business development and in applications for biotechnology and start-ups. He’s earned an MS from the University of California at San Diego in Molecular Biology and Genetics.

MS, MBA, Vice-President--FinanceJoy manages financial analysis and projections for studies and projects. She also consults on initiative viability and leads the organization on technology. Joy oversees Fintech tool development and digital and transformation initiatives in a Fortune 50 company. She and David have two wonderful, rambunctious kiddos who grant them meaning, purpose, elation, and (sometimes) agony. She has dual master’s degrees, one an MBA from Rice University where she excelled in her studies and graduated summa cum laude.

MD, MPH, FACP, FACG, FASGE, Medical DirectorDr. Gorospe is a dual board-certified, Johns Hopkins and Mayo Clinic-trained physician scientist. He is co-founder and chief medical officer of a site network focusing on diversity recruitment in clinical trials. In addition to his clinical training, he has completed training in research ethics from Rush University, regulatory writing from the University of Chicago, and drug and medical device development from MIT. He is either principal author or co-author of more than 190 peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, and abstracts. He has been elected to fellowships in the American College of Physicians, American College of Gastroenterology and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy; and he has been admitted to the Sigma Xi Scientific Research Honor Society.
